CEO/Founder Shannon Tornoe has over 20 years experience working in the insurance industry. After attending California State University she earned her Bachelors of Science in Finance. From there she worked within numerous large-scale corporations including Johnson and Higgins, Marsh & McLennan and Swett and Crawford. This experience inspired her to start Coast to Coast Insurance Brokers in 2003 with a goal of providing the sophisticated approach to insurance and risk management of the fortune 500 world to all businesses, from start ups to multinational corporations. Coast to Coast Insurance Brokers specializes in the marketing, negotiating and procurement of Commercial Insurance with a focus on Service Industries. The commitment to understanding businesses and their unique risks as the critical first step of  risk management is a cornerstone to Coast to Coast's approach to insurance.  This focus, as well as a dedication to providing personalized service for all clients, large or small, make up the foundation of CCIB and what makes them different.
